Preservative-Free Apricots

Our preservative-free apricots are dried naturally without sulphur or other additives, allowing their true, unaltered flavour to shine through. This process gives them a rich, deep colour and a unique tang that’s quite different from our regular apricots – and can be an acquired taste for some.

Because they are free from preservatives, these apricots are more sensitive to storage conditions. For optimal freshness and shelf life, we recommend storing them in the freezer in an airtight container.

Ingredient: 100% Australian Sundried Apricot  dried out in the sun without sulphur on our family farm in the Riverland region of South Australia.

They have been processed in a plant where sulphur cross contamination may occur.
