How do we deliver your order?
We generally use Australia Post boxes with tracking where practical, pricing will vary according to weight and volume of parcel. Occasionally it may be necessary to use an Australia Post satchel, however tracking is still provided.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.
Please use this to track your order through the Australia Post website or App.
Do you have free shipping?
Sorry, we do not offer this option.
Can we use a PO Box address?
We can post to your chosen PO Box address.
Do you ship worldwide?
No sorry, we post Australia wide only.
What happens if I am not available to accept my delivery during business hours?
You can choose to have the parcel left at a designated place at your residence. Please note, if you choose this option it is at your own risk, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage. We do however, recommend you provide an alternate address where someone will be available to accept the parcel on your behalf.
We do send you a tracking number so you are able to track your parcels progress.
*Please note, if a parcel is returned to us due to not being collected, it will be resent at customers cost.
